1) Create a file folder on the computer which will represent the filing cabinet

2) Within the file folder, create a category which will represent the manila folder
3) Ready to add or input items into the category. Each saved item will become a data record stored in a database.  Records can be viewed, printed, sorted, searched and retrieved anytime.

Each paper document is considered an item in eFileBasic. An item can be a mortgage statement, an invoice, a utility bill, a cooking recipe, an employee record or a sales record.
